Jane Hulsey Taylor, 62, of 101 Rosemont Terrace died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2002, at Self Regional Healthcare, Greenwood.

Born in Abbeville County, she was a beautician and was the owner/operator of Special Effects Hair Salon. She was also a member of Main Street United Methodist Church.

Surviving are daughter, Lynn LaBoon Roberson of Greenwood; sister, J. Ed Barnette of Greenwood; brother, Henry Lawrence Hulsey Jr. of Greenwood; and one granddaughter.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Lawrence "Shorty" and Mary Cunningham Hulsey. She was preceded in death by a son, William McSwain "Mack" Taylor Jr.

Services are at 5 p.m. Friday at Main Street United Methodist Church in Abbeville by the Rev. Bob Clemmons; burial will follow in Long Cane Cemetery in Abbeville. The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday before services. After services, they will receive friends at the home of Jane Taylor.

The family is at the home of Jane Taylor, 101 Rosemont Terrace, Abbeville.

The family suggests memorials be made to Main Street United Methodist Church, 300 N. Main St., Abbeville, S.C. 29620.
