Fredrick Charles Lewis, 77, died at 10:45 p.m. in the
Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. He was born May 9, 1818 at
Paris, the son of Joseph and Elizabeth King Lewis. A life
long resident of the Bear Lake County, Mr. Lewis was en-
gaged primarily in farming.
He was forced to sell his farm due to ill health,
and moved to Montpelier making his home with Mr. and
Mrs. Gerald Bentsen. Mrs. Bentsen was a neice. He was
employed for 11 years at the Idaho Biliards.
Four brothers and one sister preceded him in de-
ath. Survivors include one brother, Walter Lewis of
Paris and several neices and nephews, Mr. Lewis was
never married.
Furneral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday
in the Paris L. D. S. Second Ward Chapel. The Matthews
Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
