Richard was born on Dec. 6, 1945 in El Dorado, the son of Delbert and Esther(BEll) Barker.
He worked for Union Tank Car Company as a rail worker and in maintenance for 37 years. Richard was member of Prospect Baptist Church.
He leaves his sons, David ( Johnna) Barker of El Dorado and Zack Barker of Mexico: life time partner, Carolyn Barker; sister Norma (Bill) Sarcoxie; and grandchildren, Bradin ,Kailey,
Lexie, Drew, Elle and Benjamin.
His parents and son ,Larry preceded Richard in death.
