Nadene Abrams was born in Cypress Inn, Tennessee on June 4, 1926 the daughter of the late Claude McFagen and Laura Mamie Wilkerson Abrams.

Miss Abrams retired in 1991 from Highland Park School in Muscle Shoals, Alabama after 32 years of teaching 1st grade. She was a school teacher for a total of 42 years.

Miss Abrams was a member of First Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee, Alabama Education Association, Alabama Retired Teachers Association and Life Member of the National Education Association.

She liked knitting, embroidery and scrap booking. Miss Abrams was a very fun person.

Miss Abrams departed this life on May 10, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 86 years, 11 months and 6 days.

She is survived by one sister, Claudia Wilson of Savannah, Tennessee and one brother, Ovid Abrams of Clifton, Tennessee

one niece, Susan Simmons, two nephews, Terry Abrams and Larry Abrams and one great niece, Amanda Simmons
