Retired Farmer Dies at Holliday – Funeral services for Dee Allen, 80-year-old retired farmer of Peacock, will be held at the Baptist Church in Peacock Monday at 3 p. m. A resident of Peacock for 53 years, Allen died Saturday night in Holliday. He was a native of Bertrom. Burial will be in the Double Mountain Cemetery at Peacock. Owens & Brumley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Allen is survived by his widow, six daughters, one son, two brothers, three sisters, two step daughters, three stepsons and 38 grandchildren.
