The Rev. Dr. William Watkin Hicks father of T M B Hicks & brother of Rev. Owen Hicks died on Tuesday in Cambridge mass, aged 83. Mr. Hicks was a Methodist divine of much force & note. He was a member of the East Baltimore Conference & went from that conference to India in 1859. He lived in Florida & his final pastorate was in Washington DC.
