EDNA - Funeral services for William Kurt Schneider, 83, of Edna will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from Slavik Chapel, with the Rev. Donald Boyd of the Ganado St. James Lutheran Church officiating.
Burial will be in the Edna Cemetery under direction of Slavik Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Darwin, Monroe and Elgin Schneider, Russell Farringer, and Arnold and Levi Quinn. Mr. Schneider, a native of Germany, was a retired farmer and rancher who had lived in this county for 55 years. He died Monday in an Edna rest home.
