DELTA - Dr. Vernon R. Hedges, O.D., 84, of Delta, died on Friday, Aug. 5, 2005, at his residence in Delta.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hedges, of Delta, Colo,; one son, Robert J. Hedges, Grand Junction, Colo.; two daughters: Janice M. Hedges, of Cory, Colo,; Kathleen S. (David) Fowler, of Montrose, Colo.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two brothers: Frank (Gaye) Hedges, of Terrebaum, Ore.; and Floyd (Else) Hedges. of Dearborn, Mich.
A service will be officiated at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Delta.
Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Taylor Funeral Service & Crematory.
