RALPH H. AMSBAUGH, 73, of East Third St., died in Mansfield General Hospital following an extended illness.

He was born October 9, 1903 in Knox County and lived in this area most of his life.

Mr. Amsbaugh was an employee of the Westinghouse Electric Corp. for 34 years, retiring in 1967. he attended the Fellowship Baptist Church and was a member of the Central Groupe.

Surviving are his wife, Alberta Amsbaugh; five sons, Tom and Arthur, both of Mansfield, James of Rockford, IL, Ramon of Raleigh, NC, and William of North Providence, RI; four daughters, Mrs. Katherine (Earl) Fetter of Mansfield, Mrs. Marian (Harold) Chambers of Perrysville, Mrs. Linda (Don) Blackburn of Johnstown and Mrs. Dianna (Joe) Parsons of Newark; 30 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, John of Mansfield and Neil of Fredricktown; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah (Everett) Burchett and Mrs. Letha (Virgil) Hageman, both of Mansfield.

Services will be held at the Wappner Funeral Home by pastor Guy Templeton of Mr. Amsbaugh's church. Burial in Mansfield
Cemetery.

NOTE: His sister, Letha Amsbaugh Hageman died 12/22/1977 and is buried in Mansfield Memorial Park.
