Jimmie Ray Snelson, 86, of Lubbock, retired oil field worker died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002, in Lubbock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Monahans with the Rev. Donna Ware officiating. Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Services.
SURVIVORS: Son, Jimmy Snelson of Alvin; daughters, Willie Shoemate and Margaret Trantham, both of Lubbock; brother, Charles Snelson of Monahans; sisters, Cleo Collins of Monahans, Vera Trussel of Denver, Colo., Tillie Webster of Brownwood, Verna Livingston of Odessa and Marie Hancock of Alexandria, Va.; and five grandchildren.
