Preceded in death were her husband Howard Walter Forcht who passed away in April 2009 and her youngest son, Patrick, who passed away in October 2012.
She is survived by her daughters Rita and Kimberly, her sons Dennis and Craig and her grandchildren; and one brother, Edward.
The burial will be at Sierra Memorial Gardens in Lemmon Valley, NV.
