Lola G. Clark,83 of Kilbourne died at 8:39 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19 1993, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Born March 30, 1909, in Mason County to John and Ruby Gregory Clark, she married Marshall D. Clark on April 25, 1931, in Springfield. He died Oct. 11, 1963.

Surviving are three daughters, Eleanor Mead of Columbia, Mo., Marilyn McCracken of Fairview and Joyce Schaeffer of Springfield; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was a school teacher in Mason County for several years. She later was a secretary of Kilbourne Grade School for several years.

She was a member of Kilbourne Baptist Church for 60 years, where she served as deaconess, Sunday school teacher, Bible study leader, organist and pianist. She was a member of the church missionary society and Mason County Genealogical Society.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at her church. David Blatchford will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 tonight at Lintner-Buchanan Funeral Home in Chandlerville. Burial will be in Kilbourne Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to her Church.
