Roy A. Day, age 77, of Havana died Tuesday, October 2, 1984. He was retired from the U. S. Forest Service.
Survivors include three sons, John Day of Booneville, Murel Day of Belleville and Earl Day of Hector; four stepsons, Bobby and Billy Templeman of Booneville, Charles Templeman of Michigan and Troy Templeman of Waveland; two daughters, Patsy Pilgrim of Havana and Louetta Day of Booneville; three stepdaughters, Darlene Preston of Booneville, and Charlene and Anna Templeman of Georgia; two sisters, Grace Adams of Corley and Margaret Cullum of Brinkley; a brother, Kenneth Day of Little Rock; 30 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
