Margaret E. Wootten, age 99, of rural Millsboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013 at the Harbor Healthcare Nursing Home in Lewes. Margaret was born in Laurel, DE and was a retired Seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl E. Parker, Sr. and Jennie Lee Givens Parker; her daughter, Ina M. Bryan; grandchildren, Norris Bryan, Jr. and Carla M. Jones; and nine siblings. Margaret is survived by two grandsons, Norris Kevin Bryan and Darren Bryan and his wife Tanya; granddaughter Deneen L. Kelleher and her husband Mark; a brother, R. Alfred Parker; son-in-law, Norris A. Bryan , Sr. and his wife Patsy; grandson-in-law, Art Jones and his wife Lisa; five great grandchildren, Ashley, William Douglas and Austin Lewis, Bethany Jones and Braxton Bryan; step grandsons, Keith and Darrell Jones.; step granddaughter, Alexis Betts. She is also survived by two great great granddaughters, one great great grandson and five step great great granddaughters. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd at 12:00 noon at the Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery, County Seat Highway, Georgetown, DE. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Margaret's memory to, Season's Hospice, 220 Continental Dr, Suite 101, Newark, DE. 19713.
