Hazel Lucille Voss Rudy
Mrs. Hazel L. Rudy, 49, wife of Richard Rudy of Atlantic, died at 4:45 this morning at the Berry nursing home where she had been a patient
eight years.
She was born in Walnut April 6, 1919, the daughter of Carl L. and Elizabeth Armstrong Voss and was married to Richard Rudy in 1937. She had lived in the Walnut and Atlantic vicinities all of her life.
Surviving besides her husband are a daughter, Mrs. Don Leedom; a son, Richard D. Rudy, Jr., and six grandchildren, all living in Twin Falls, Idaho; her father, Carl L. Voss of Atlantic; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Dillehay of Council Bluffs, Miss Ethel Voss of Omaha and Mrs. Lorene M. Cozad of Elkhorn, Nebraska and two brothers, Roy C. Voss of Omaha and Lloyd E. Voss of Council Bluffs. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Voss.
Funeral services will be held at the Roland Funeral Home, Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Rev. Robert A. McBlain officiating. Burial will be in the Atlantic Cemetery.
