Sandra Marie Davis, 76, Plainfield, passed away to the greater life Friday, July 10, 2009. She was born in Detroit, Michigan, on February 8, 1933 to the late Hobart and Ruby Stanaback. Sandra was a homemaker, Mother and active volunteer in the Plainfield Community. She was a graduate of the Petoskey High School, Petoskey, Michigan, Class of 1951. She is survived by her husband, Frank E. Davis; children, Amie Louise Jones, Scott (Mary) Davis, Todd (Ence) Davis, Frank W. (Stacey) Davis and six grandsons. She was a member of the Plainfield United Methodist Church. She was awarded the Kiwanis International George F. Hixson Fellowship and Avon Products President Club. Services will be held July 17th at 11 a.m. with calling at 10 a.m. in the Plainfield United Methodist Church with Rev. Ted Blosser officiating. Contributions in place of flowers can be made to the Memorial Fund of the Plainfield United Methodist Church. Arrangements are being handled by Hall-Baker Funeral Home.
