Doug was a graduate of Minneapolis High School and in 1972 graduated from the Salina Area Vocational Technical School. He was a master mechanic and machinist and worked for various auto dealers and repair shops. He operated Baccus Repair in Ada. Doug was a longtime member of Harvest Ministries where he recently was ordained as a pastor.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda; father; his brother, Larry; and stepson, Christian Tucker.
Survivors included his wife, Brenda; his mother, Mary Baccus; a son, Jason Baccus; daughter, Mindy Baccus; stepdaughter, Chelsey McCullick; sister, Jolene Lantz; sister-in-law, Janice Baccus; one grandson, Ashton Baccus; and three stepgrandchildren.
