The will of Fleet W. Cox, probated yesterday in the Orphans' Court, distributed his entire estate among relatives and friends. A gold watch and a sword given him by his father, were bequeathed to his nephew, James W. Cox. Other specific bequests in the will were $100. to Mr. Cox's niece, Kathleen Fox, and $150 to Thomas D. Hurtt and wife. The residue of the estate is to be divided equally among Mr. Cox's cousin, Nannie B. Brown, His sister, Brother, sister-in-law, nephew and niece. Letters on the estate were granted to John T. Willis of Baltimore, and Mr. Cox's brother, G. Dudley Cox, of Acorn VA They were named as executioners and bonded for $6,000. the estimated value of the estate. Mr. Cox, who was formerly an assistant State's Attorney, Died Jan. 8, 1927.
