Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Milnes of Germantown, Pa. became the parents of a baby son on Monday at the Lyingin Hospital, Philadelphia. This the Milne's first child. Mrs. Milne is the former Gloria Hoffman, daughter of Mr. William Hoffman of Monsey.
