Mrs. Minnie E. Briggs, aged 85 years, formerly of Brush Valley, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 1963, at 7:30 p.m. in the St. Petersburg, Florida, hospital. She was the widow of Orum T. Briggs and was born in Brush Valley Township, Indiana County, on December 15, 1877, a daughter of the late John M. and Sarah Murphy Mack. Mrs. Briggs spent much of her life in Brush Valley where she was a member of the Brush Valley Methodist Church. For the past 23 years she has resided in St. Petersburg, Florida.
She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Nan Aletha Perry and Miss Frances E. Briggs, both of St. Petersburg, Fla...
