She was born August 5, 1932 at Ceredo, WV to Charles and Nancy Hutchinson Bowen and lived most of her life in the Orrville-Rittman area.
She was a homemaker and had attended the Charity Free Will Baptist Church in Ceredo, WV. She married Robert (Bob) Borders on June 7, 1953 in Huntington, WV and he survives.
Brothers, Clayton, Nathan, Richard and Charles Bowen and sisters, Mary Runyon and Ruby Stamper died previously.
Services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 11:00AM at the Gillman Funeral Home, 360 W. Sunset Dr., Rittman. Friends may call one hour before services. Pastor John W. Castle will officiate with burial in Rittman Cemetery.
