On Dec. 6 2001 Josephine A. (McMenemy) Burnet. Of Pine Hill NJ. Age 96. Beloved wife of the late Ernest (1900-1984). Survived by son-in law Francis Riley nine grandchildren Ernest Riley, John (Betty) Riley, Brian (Colleen) Riley, Eileen (Tom) Kenny, Mary Stevens, Kathleen (Jim) Ritterson, Maureen (Joe) Groome, Colleen (Jim) Hyland, and Ann (John) McCarty. Josephine left twenty great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. Mother of the late Ernest Burnet (1927-1951) and Josephine Riley (1928-1996). She was a Gold Star mother with the Oxley American Legion Post of Phila.

Josephine was predeceased by her sisters, Elizabeth (McMenemy) Childs (1893-1972), Eileen B. McMenemy (1896-1935), Clare F. (McMenemy) Hannus (1911-1957), Mary M. (McMenemy) Thibadeau (1893-1995), Alice V. (McMenemy) Peterson (1898-1990), Helen (McMenemy) Desautels (1921 - 1988), and Cecilia P. (McMenemy) Schofield (1908-1994). She was also predeceased by her brothers Walter Joseph McMenemy Sr. (1894-1984), George Phair McMenemy Jr. (1900-1969), William D. McMenemy (1901-1979), and John J. McMenemy (1907-1907).

Relatives and friends also members of the Pine Hill Senior Citizens Club are invited to attend the viewing Sunday evening 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday morning 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the ORA L. WOOSTER FUNERAL HOME 51 Park Blvd Clementon NJ. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10:00 a.m. at St. Edwards Church. Interment US National Cemetery Beverly. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorialcontributions to St. Edwards Church 500 Erial Rd. Pine Hill NJ 08021
