Born in Manitowoc County, Mr. Morrissey was a veteran of World War II and a Madison resident 20 years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are his wife, the former Jean Mecum; a daughter, Barbara, at home; his mother, Mrs. Rose Morrissey, and a brother, Joseph C., both of 423 State St.; another brother, John W., 602 Gunderson St.; and a sister, Mrs. Louise Hening, 423 State St.
