Aaron J. Exon Dies In Sleep Sunday - Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Methodist church for Aaron J. Exon, 66, a life-long resident of this area, who passed away in his sleep early Sunday morning.

Aaron J. Exon was born in Mancos on December 9, 1892. He passed away May 24, 1959, at the age of 66 years, 6 months. He was the youngest child and only son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Exon. Both parents and one brother and one sister have preceded him in death.

The survivors are a sister, Alice Exon of Mancos, a niece, Mrs. Erma Sheek of Denver, a nephew Joe Cochran of Shelton, Washington, 2 uncles and aunts, Mr. and Mrs. George Exon of Mancos, and Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Exon of Dolores, 18 cousins, and 8 grand nieces and nephews.
