R. A. Hartsell Passes
On December 10, 1969, I conducted the funeral service of R. A. Hartsell, a life long friend and fellow-laborer in the Lord. He passed away December 6, following injuries received in an auto accident near Searcy, Arkansas. He was sixty-six years of age. For forty-five years or more he was writer, preacher, and debater. No man was noted aray more for soundness in the proclamation of the word. Even as he lay in a semiconscious state in the hospital, he was quoting scripture, extending the invitation of the Lord, and commenting on the- faith of a young man who desired to obey the gospel. He was laid to rest in Sulphur, Okla. We rejoice in the hope of all who, like him, "fight the good fight of the faith, keep tlte faith, and find strength in the hope laid up for all who love the Lord."-Paul F. Johnston, 2500 S.W. 59th, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
