Mr. Sterczala was born in Webster, son of Thomas and Cecelia (Bury) Sterczala, and lived here most of his life.
The funeral was held from the Sitkowski Funeral Home, 340 School St., with a mass at St. Joseph's Church, Whitcomb Street. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Reverend Richard Lewandowski officiated.
Bearers were Charles Sabaj, Joseph Jaskolski, Thomas Sterczala, Robert Sevigny Rudy Belasko, RIchard Zachara.
