Joseph Sterczala, 65, of 40 Pleasant St., died Saturday in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
He leaves a son, Richard Sterczala of Boston; a daughter, Audrey Sterczala of Boston; three sisters, Anna Latour, Rose, wife of Charles Sabaj, and Theresa Tadla, all of Webster; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Sterczala was born in Webster, son of Thomas and Cecelia (Bury) Sterczala, and lived here most of his life.
The funeral was held from the Sitkowski Funeral Home, 340 School St., with a mass at St. Joseph's Church, Whitcomb Street. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Reverend Richard Lewandowski officiated.
Bearers were Charles Sabaj, Joseph Jaskolski, Thomas Sterczala, Robert Sevigny Rudy Belasko, RIchard Zachara.
