Unexpectedly, on October 6, 1998 at home, Colin passed away at the age of 78 years.
Colin was predeceased by his first wife Lucy in 1981. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Josie; daughter Patricia Sudyn and husband Larry; two grandsons, Jason and Michael; great-granddaughter Tristan and her mother Heather; step-daughter Gail and husband Denis; step-son Phillip and wife Gloria; step-grandchildren, Jill, Jason and wife Dana and Danielle and step-great-grandson Tyler.
Colin Served in the Canadian Armed Forces during the Second World War. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, St. James Branch No. 4.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service and Legion service will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 13 at Kerr's Funeral Chapel, 120 Adelaide Street. Interment of cremated remains will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
The honourary pallbearers will be members of the St. James Legion, Branch #4.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Colin's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, #301-352 Donald Street, Winnipeg, R3B 2H8, would be greatly appreciated.
