KENTVILLE - Mrs. Margaret Amelia Adams, of New Ross, died at the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, Friday at the age of 70. Born at Lake Ramsay, she was a daughter of Caleb and Ellen Keddy. She was a member of Christ Church, New Ross. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Adams. Surviving are one brother Everett Keddy; three sons, Cecil, Forties Settlement; William, at home; Arnold, Kentville; five daughters, Gladys (Mrs. Burlen Sweet), Berwick; Sarah (Mrs. Edwin Allen) Aldershot; Ellen (Mrs. Emmett Keddy) Forties; Nora (Mrs. James Silver) Morristown; Hilda (Mrs. Percy Legge) Berwick. The body is resting at W.C. Hiltz and Son Funeral Home, Kentville. Funeral services will be held at New Ross Monday at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Mowry, rector of Christ Church, New Ross officiating. Interment will be at New Ross.
