Obituary: Mrs. Harry Cooling, wife of Harry Cooling, a former resident of Byron, died at her home in Elgin last week. Mrs. Cooling had been in failing health for several months. Addie Wortman was born in Freeport on September 29, 1869. The family later moved to Byron. After her marriage to Harry Cooling, they moved to Chicago where they made their home until they moved to Elgin two years ago. She was a member of the Methodist church and the Order of the Eastern Star at Austin. Funeral services were held last Saturday in Elgin and burial was in the Bluff City cemetery, Elgin.
