James L. Jetmore, 66, 2604 E. 27th St., died Thursday in Ball Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. A lifelong resident of Muncie, he graduated from Central High School in 1941. He worked for more than 20 years for American Ticket Co. before retiring in 1987. He most recently worked for Ball State University.

He was a member of Glad Tidings Assemblies of god and Delaware Masonic Lodge 46.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Lorene Jetmore; four daughters, Tina Jetmore, at home, Pam Dalton, Pittsboro, Debbie Strong, Indianapolis, and Linda Webb, Port Charlotte, Fla.; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Glad Tiding Church, with Rev. Herbert Hull officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery Calling hours are 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel and 30 minutes before services Saturday at the church. There will be a Masonic service at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the mortuary.
