Frances P. Parsons, Ellendale Dr., Winter Park, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2001. She is survived by sons and daughters-in- law: Bob and Jan Parsons of Bethany Beach, DE, and Ted and Ginny Parsons of Orlando; three grandchildren: Lynne Bachand and her husband, Brad of Lexington, KY, Debbie Parsons, Orlando; Lt. J.R. Parsons, Dayton, OH; one great-grandson, Bryce Bachand; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Robinson, Hockessin, DE, and a niece, Isabel McGraw, Chattanooga, TN. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 12, at 2 PM at All Saints Episcopal Church in Winter Park. In lieu of flowers, family request donations to: All Saints Episcopal Church Building Fund.
