LYONS — Cecil C. Wolf, 70, died early Sunday morning at Lyons District Hospital after a short illness. Born March 10, 1900, at Longford, he married Etta McDermerd Dec. 15, 1919, at Abilene. He was a retired Santa Fe Railroad foreman and moved to Lyons in 1930 from Augusta.
He was a member of the First Christian Church, Lyons.
Survivors include, the widow; sons, Harland, Haysville; Galen, Bellingham, Wash.; Harold, Hightstown. N.J.; daughter, Mrs. Bob Alexander, Lyons; 10 grandchildren.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crawford-Miller Mortuary, Lyons; Rev. Orvan Gilstrap. Burial will be in Lyons Cemetery. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
A memorial fund has been established for the First Christian Church.
