Obituary
Mary M. Crescenze age 104 of Massillon passed away Saturday May 30, 2009 at Hanover House. Mary was born June 21, 1904 in Italy to the late Anthony & Laura Porrini. She has been a resident of Massillon since 1915 and retired in 1976 from Ecko Products after 27 years of service. Mary was the oldest living member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a member of the Christian-Mother & Alter Rosary Society. Mary enjoyed knitting, crafts, and cooking for everyone. Her special times were spent with family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Steve Crescenze (1979), a daughter Angeline Zimbello (2004), two grandsons Richard Crescenze Jr. and William Crescenze, three sisters, Sylvia Broglio, Jennie DiLoretto and Helen Blogna, six brothers Mike, James, William, Alfred, Arthur, and Carl Porrini,
Mary is survived by a daughter .. . . , four sons and daughters in Law: . . . .. There are 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Massillon, her pastor Fr. Raymond Paul will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
