Mrs. Floretta Hayes Cantini, 47 years old, North Irwin, died suddenly at the Braddock Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mary Ann and John Altman Hayes. Surviving are her husband Patrick Cantini and the following children: Mrs. Alice (Charles) Rickard, James and Lois, at home; Patrick, of Jeannette, and George, of Wendel. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Violet (Sam) Smith and Mrs. Myrtle (Carl) Swanson, of Irwin; Mrs. Helen (Wade) Vance, of Connellsville; George Hayes and Lawrence Hayes, of Fairmont. Friends are being received at her late home where funeral services will be held with interment in Irwin Union cemetery.
