Texas Cord Miele was reared up in various foster homes after his biological mother was incarcerated for killing a man when Texas was only four years old. After her release when he was nearly fourteen she sent for him. Shortly after, he was phyically abused by the mother's new friend.
Texas began living in the woods or wherever he could exist.
Through good luck he was eventually taken in by a family that loved him dearly.
He claimed his life began then, at age sixteen.
He enrolled in school and eventually graduated proudly.
Texas enjoyed rodeos and often went to a little town a short distance from his home in Katy to Simonton, TX.
It was there September 15th, 1991 where he was shot by another young man for unknown reasons.
The assailant pled guilty and received a 10 year probation.
