Mrs. Wilhelmina (Minnie) Speidel, of 117 Spring, West Burlington, died Tuesday April 4 in Mercy Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born Oct. 20, 1878, in Keokuk County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Jaster. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church and the St. Ann Altar and Rosary Society.
Surviving are her husband, a sister, Mrs. Margaret Mohler of Burlington; and a number of nieces and nephews. Two brothers, a sister and a daughter are dead.
Services will be in St. Mary's church at West Burlington at 9:30 a.m. Friday, preceded by brief family prayers at the Giles funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home Thursday at 7 p.m.
