Ms. Blance E. (Carroll) Frank Ratcliff, of Tennessee, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at a local health care unit. She was 87 years old. Ms. Ratcliff was a faithful member of Jones Memorial United Methodist Church and was active in her Sunday School Class: Wesleyan Freiendship Circle; the 55 and Alive group; and the choir.
Ms. Ratcliff was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Kay Davis and her husband: Mike; 1 granddaughter: Shannon Hamilton and her husband: Brad; her great-grandchildren; other relatives; and many dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, June 7, 2013, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
