Most all death certificates for her children indicate that her maiden name was Moon. Only one has it listed as Moore in the Oakland County Death Index for son George on FHLC 973,984; however on SeekingMichigan website the actual death certificate is available and it indicates mother's maiden name was Moon. All the ones who died between 1898-1920 have indicated Moon as her maiden name.

In addition, her death certificate indicates that the spelling of her married surname was Seely not Seeley.
