Robert "Bob" Hrabik, 90, Kewaunee, died peacefully Tuesday, June 4, 2013, after a short illness at Kewaunee Care Center. He was born July 28,1922 in the Township of Casco to the late Joseph and Anna (Swoboda) Hrabik. Bob married Eleanor (Ellie) Mueller on February 29, 1944 in Milwaukee. She preceded him in death on March 15,2005. Bob was a member of Holy Rosary Parish and the Rosary Society.

Bob was employed by the Frank Hamachek Machine Company in Kewaunee, retiring after 35 years of service. To Bob the most important things in life were not "things". He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the visits with family. His special hobby was fixing lawn mowers. Spring, summer and fall you could find him in his garage working on them. He was a quiet man, always ready to support family and friends and lend a helping hand wherever he could.

He is survived by his children Linda (Roger) Zuege, Mike (Kim) Hrabik, and Tom (Cindy) Hrabik, all of Kewaunee; a daughter-in-law Mary Hrabik, Maplewood, Mn.; 11 grandchildren, Connie Gille (Cory Kinjerski); Aaron (Miranda) Zuege; Jeremy "Tiger" (Marcia) Hrabik; Mark Hrabik; Chad Hrabik; Dean Hrabik; Dan Hrabik; Heather Hrabik (Aaron Sinkula); Cody Hrabik; Christopher (Torrie) Johnson; Jeremie (Ashley) Johnson; 8 great grandchildren, Brandon and Brianna Paplham; Brayden Gille; Halie, Gavin and Dylan Hrabik; Gina and Leila Johnson; brother-in-law Myron Mueller; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his wife; a son, Robert Hrabik, Jr.; grandson, Rick Zuege; 3 sisters, Laura (Arthur) Brouchoud; Ann (Swanee) Swanfeldt; and an infant sister; 2 brothers, Bill (Lucy) Hrabik and Jim (EIla and Lorraine) Hrabik; and brother-in-law, Gordon (Margie) Mueller and sister-in-law Marilyn Mueller.
