Clarence S. "Pat" Culligan, 73, of 11? S. Main St., Brillion, died Monday morning, May 14, 1990 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.

Funeral services will be 5 pm this Tuesday at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers. Rev. Donald Marquardt will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

He was born February 14, 1917 in the Town of Lincoln, Kewaunee County, son of the late Frank and Salina Junio Culligan. he attended Grade School and St. Luke Parochial School in Two Rivers and was a graduate of the Washington high School. On July 22, 1939, he married the former Veronica Migawa in Two Rivers. He served in the United States Air Force during World War II. For many years he was a partner in the Culligan and Schumacher Plumbing and Appliance Store in Two Rivers. he was Past President of the Two Rivers Rotary Club. He was a member of the Optimist Club of Brillion of which he was Past President, served three years as the club Secretary-Treasurer, served four terms as the Wisconsin District Secretary and was Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin-Michigan Clubs for three terms.

Survivors include his wife; a son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Sandra Culligan of Brillion; a brother and sister-in-law, Wallace and Dorothy Culligan of Two Rivers; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Genevieve and Alfred Kirchman and Marguerite Culligan of Two Rivers. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, 1 pm on Tuesday evening until the time of services.
