She was a native of Springfield, Mo., but had lived in Johnson City since 1965. She was a daughter of the late John F. and Hattie Bell Putnam, and was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Hall, who died in 1970.
Mrs. Hall was a retired employee of the Frisco Railway Co., Springfield. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Ethel Black Circle.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lee Archer, Burtonsville, Md.; three sisters, Mrs. Hattie Lamer, Tahlequah, Okla., Mrs. Luetta Affini, Lancaster, Calif., and Mrs. Twyla Hutsell, Springfield; and two grandchildren.
