Robert Page Lewis, 55, a mechanic at Broadway Chevrolet Company, died of a heart attack at 6:30 a.m. Monday at SS. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. He lived at 43116 E. Pages Lane.
He was a native of Glasgow, Ky.
Surviving are his wife, the former Juanita Castle; a daughter, Miss Deborah Lewis; a son Robert Lewis; a brother, Henry Lewis, Glasgow, and three sisters, Mrs. S. M. Dearing, Mrs. Herbert Smith, and Miss Fannie Lewis, all of Glasgow.
The body will be at W. G. Hardy Shively Chapel, 4101 Dixie Highway, until noon Tuesday.
It will be at the Glasgow residence of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Bennett, Old Bowling Green Road, after 3 p.m. Tuesday. The funeral will be at noon (E.S.T.) Wednesday at Beach [sic] Grove Baptist Church, Glasgow. Burial will be in the old Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
