She was a sales clerk for Hallmark, a member of St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church and was the original left fielder for Kentucky Dairy Maids.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Duck" Cusick; sisters, Garnett Kirsch and Patsy Goodlet.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna J. Cusick; sisters, Marie Daily, Violet Ruez and Sally Lueken (Jim); brother-in-laws, O.C. Goodlet and Ron Kirsch.
Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. at her church, 5505 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY. Visitation is Sunday, 2-6 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd., with burial Monday in Calvary Cemetery.
