He was born Nov. 25, 1858, near Clinton, to Smith and Mary Fuller. He was the last of a family of seven sons. He spent his entire life in DeWitt county, residing near Clinton, at Fullerton, and in Fanner City.
His first wife .the former Eva Callison, died In 1888.
He later married Jennie Foulks, who died a few years ago.
Survivors are four children, Smith Fuller, Kemp Fuller, Mrs. Bessie Swigart, Weldon, and Mrs. Katherine Herrick of this city. Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
