Mr. Fullard was a native and lifelong resident of Fernandina Beach.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary Fullard, and his grandparents, William and Ellie Acosta and Wesley and Della Fullard.
Survivors include his three sons, Lee Fullard Dupree, Joseph Fullard Dupree and Randall Fullard Dupree, all of St. Marys, Ga.; two brothers, Walter Fullard of Interlachen and Charles Fullard of Orange Park; and two sisters, Janice Fullard Miner of Fernandina Beach and Jean Crews of Hoboken, Ga.
A memorial service was Thursday in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley-Heard Funeral Home with a family friend, Leroy McKee, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Northeast Florida Chapter, 2131 Mango Place, Jacksonville, FL 32207.
