Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Kennedy moved to Norwood from Prospect Park 27 years ago. Mr. Kennedy was a drill press operator for General Electric, retiring in 1971. He was the father of the late Robert Kennedy and son of the late Lawrence and Mable Kennedy.
Survivors: Wife, Ruth Kennedy; daughter, Barbara Allen of Aldan; four granddaughters; two great-grandsons.
Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at United Norwood Methodist Church.
Burial: Mount Moriah Cemetery.
Visitation: After 9:30 a.m. at Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, Norwood.
