Charles was abducted from a popular spot in Dayton by two or three men. They pistol wiped him, and threw him out of the moving vehicle. Charles later died from trauma to his head. As of 11/29/2005 only one man was caught, which he is only being charged with Unlawful Use Of A Firearm In A Motorvehicle. JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE SERVED.
