YOAKAM, BERTHA STOESS, 81, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at her home.
She was a member of Middletown First Baptist Church, and she retired from the payroll department at KTP.
She is survived by her husband, David L. Yoakam; sons, Jerry (Mary Kay) and Rick (Judy) Purcell; stepsons, Dwight and Ronald Yoakam; stepdaughter, Kim (Jim) Leslie; brothers, Jim (Ann) and Bob (Dot) Stoess; sisters, Holly (Bill) Fischer and Dena (Jim) Thurmond; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood with burial following in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday.
