She was born on September 18, 1922, in Beaumont, Texas to Lillie Payton Dailey and John Dailey and had been a long time resident of the area.
Clara is survived by her loving and devoted husband of seventy-two years and nine months, Numie Barrow; daughters, Darlene Hanna, and Patricia Barrow; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and numerous family members and friends.
Interment: Fairview Cemetery, Winnie, Texas.
