Turner, Doris M. SELKIRK Doris M. Turner, 87, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 after a long illness. Doris was born in Syracuse and had lived in Selkirk for many years. She had worked for the former Frangella Mushroom plant and retired from the New York State Thruway Authority. She was a member of the Ravena Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her children, George (Caroline) Turner of Ravena, Kenneth Turner of Troy and Susan (Thomas) Trifiletti of Colonie; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Doris was predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Sonny Frese. All services will be private at the convenience of the family. Contributions in memory of Doris may be made to the Onesquethaw Reformed Church, 11 Groesbeck Road, Feura Bush, NY 12067.
